• How old do you have to be to rent a boat?

Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license to rent the boat.

• What locations can the boat be delivered to?

• Where is my invoice number?

Once the booking form is completed, customers will receive an additional email titled, "New Booking Invoice from Two Worlds Boat Rentals". You will be able to find your invoice number on this form.

• Can I rent 2 boats?

Only 1 boat available at this time.

• How many hours can I rent a boat for?

There is a minimum rental time of 3 hours. You may rent a boat for the entire day, which is from 10AM-7PM.

 

 

 

 

Reservations

• How far out in advance can I reserve a boat?

You can reserve a boat for any available reservation slot within the current year.

 

• How far in advance can clients start booking?

Up to one year. 

 

• When is the latest clients are able to book?

At least one day prior to reservation date.

 

• How long can I hold a reservation before it gets canceled?

All reservations require upfront payment in full in order to reserve that date and time.

• Can I reschedule my reservation?

To re-schedule a reservation simply contact us via email or phone (469) 435-3410 with your invoice number present.

Cancellations

• Can I cancel my booking?

Yes! To receive a full refund, cancel by 7th day prior to your reservation. (excludes ALL holidays). 

      EX: If your reservation is on a Saturday, you have until end of day (7:00 pm) on the Friday the week before your reservation.

              If a reservation is made within the 7 day cancellation period, no refund will be issued if you choose to cancel.​

Additional Cancellations

• Bad weather with unsafe conditions such as lightning or high winds will result in a cancellation with the option to reschedule at a later time or receive a full refund.

• Unfavorable weather conditions such as cloudy, cold, or chance of sprinkles is not considered bad weather and will not result in a cancellation or refund.

• If you are late to your reservation, no additional time will be added to accommodate your late arrival.

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no show. No credits or refunds will be issued, and your reservation will be canceled.

• Absolutely NO REFUNDS for reservations made on any holidays.

What To Bring

• It is important to be prepared but also avoid over-packing. We strongly encourage you to use our cooler for your beverages that you may bring on board. At no charge we will have our cooler filled with ice for you.

• Aside from bringing your beverages of choice (BYOB) we also recommend you bring: your drivers license, electronic waiver completion, sunblock, water, towels for after swimming, inexpensive sunglasses, snacks that do not require refrigeration and a waterproof bag for phones/keys. We have 2 youth life jackets on board if needed.

• We recommend you leave any personal items you do not wish to lose in the water, in your car such as: your purse, wallets, and a change of clothes.

• Items you should leave at home include: fireworks, lighters, smoking items, expensive cameras and fishing supplies.

Day of Reservation

• Please arrive 30 min prior to your scheduled reservation time.

• All rentals are to be returned to the dock before dark – NO EXCEPTIONS

• There will be a $250 fee for all rentals returned after scheduled reservation time.
